Pressure regulators with 2 pressure gauges for all industrial uses, even intensive ones, with outlet shut-off valve and connections for Oxygen, Acetylene, Argon/CO2 gases.

Characteristics

Entirely designed and manufactured in Italy for over 20 years, the MAXY regulator has always been appreciated for its robustness, reliability, and excellent delivery stability once the pressure or flow parameter has been set, until the gas cylinder is exhausted. The body is made of carefully pickled brass with an automated system that guarantees the absence of oxidation over time without the need for additional paint, thus making it possible to immediately recycle the brass at the end of the product's life, fully respecting the environment.

Use

The CO2 or Argon Mix versions are ideal for equipping MIG/MAG/TIG welding units with outputs of up to 32 liters per minute, a value more than sufficient to cover all applications. The Oxygen/Acetylene versions guarantee sufficient output flow for all cutting operations on steel up to 30 cm thickness!(12 inches)

EASE OF USE
The PowerControl version is also equipped with an outlet shut-off valve that allows you to shut off the gas flow at the end of operations without having to adjust the main control knob, thus maintaining the set value for quicker resumption of work.

STABLE DISTRIBUTION
MAXY regulators are designed to achieve excellent output stability from full to empty cylinders without having to significantly readjust parameters during operation.

OUR CERTIFICATIONS, YOUR SAFETY
All our regulators comply with the international standard EN-ISO2503, and the versions for combustion and combustible gases (oxygen/acetylene) are also certified by APRAGAZ, a Belgian inspection and certification body specialised in pressure equipment.

The outlet valve intercepts the gas and allows the flow to be opened and closed without having to use the main control knob, which thus remains calibrated for subsequent use. However, it is recommended to always close the valve on the gas cylinder after use. For improved performance, we have included Ø 63 mm pressure gauges up to 32 l/min at 4 bar. The pressure gauges are one of the most delicate parts of the regulator, containing the gas at maximum pressure (200 bar/2900PSI) with internal micro-welding to ensure leak-proofing. For this reason, Oxyturbo uses only WIKA pressure gauges, a German company, a world leader in pressure gauge manufacturing..
