The first stage of pressure reduction in a system for the centralised distribution of technical and laser gases.
The decompression panel is used to manage the supply of a gas to the system, thereby guaranteeing continuity of the supply by controlling the primary and secondary sources. The system is used to minimise the stress to the fittings and the pipes during cylinder replacement.
From the decompression station, the gases are distributed to the various places of use in the department by means of dedicated pipes. The gas outlets are obtained from the main networks at the individual workstations. The dedicated outlet panels are applied where Gas Points are considered necessary for the smooth operation of the workplace.

Characteristics

The Oxyturbo panels are of the manual or semi-automatic exchange type and include:
- the inlet shut-off valves with no-return valves
- the 1/2 M outlet ball valve
- the pressure regulator
All of the components are fixed onto a stainless steel panel ready for wall mounting.
For utilities where there is a significant and continuous flow, the use of a hydrothermal pre-heater is advisable.
To allow for the simultaneous use of several cylinders, manifold systems, can be easily connected to the panel.

Use

The Oxyturbo decompression panels are available for various types of gas and pressures and are suitable for industrial applications in chemistry, metallurgy and laser applications.

They are activated in the event of danger or sudden increases in pressure to allow the gas to escape. They can be used with oxygen, inert gases, CO2, compressed air and hydrogen.
DEMAX 5 valves with quadruple protection (flameback arrestor, gas arrestor, 95° thermal cut-off, and dirt filter) for high flow rates, designed for in-line installation immediately after the pressure relief panel in oxygen or acetylene/propane gas distribution systems. They guarantee a high flow rate: approximately 250 m3/h of oxygen at 20 bar pressure and approximately 50 m3/h of propane at 4 bar. Made in Germany.

Designed to counteract the build-up of moisture that can occur over time in pipelines. They prevent dirt particles from penetrating the membrane during gas flow, thus preventing malfunctioning.
Utilisation gases: oxygen, inert gases, CO2, compressed air, hydrogen and propane.

They eliminate the "frost effect" on CO2 – Argon/CO2 regulators The 250 W high-capacity preheater can be used on single gas cylinders, cylinder bundles, or centralized distribution systems. It comes with a socket, 2-meter cable, and a green LED when on. It can also be used with all inert gases, oxygen, and nitrous oxide (299706) and is certified for use in the food industry.
